Follow these easy steps to get your Zanussi ZE 76/3 W Refrigerator up and running in no time.
Locate the appliance in a cool, well-ventilated room. Ensure the back of the appliance is close to the wall but does not touch it. Avoid installing the appliance in areas with restricted ventilation or near cookers, radiators, or boilers. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
Adjust the level of the appliance by screwing out the adjustable foot, or feet, at the bottom of the cabinet using your fingers. This ensures stability and proper door alignment.
Ensure the appliance is connected to a power supply with the specified voltage and frequency (220-240 V / 50 Hz). It should be plugged into a properly installed socket.
Remove all securing tapes. Wash the inside of the appliance with lukewarm water and bicarbonate of soda (5 ml to 0.5 litre of water). Do not use soap or detergent as their smell may linger. Dry thoroughly before using.
The temperature inside the refrigerator is regulated by a thermostat with 6 positions and an 'OFF' (O) position. Use a coin to turn the thermostat dial to the required position, typically between 3 and 4 for optimal temperature.
After installation, leave the appliance for 2 hours before turning it on to allow the refrigerant to settle.
